The DBT Group allows clients to learn, practice, and refine the core skills from the four DBT Modules:

  • Mindfulness

  • Emotion Regulation

  • Distress Tolerance

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness

These practical and accessible tools enable clients to increase fulfillment, improve their relationships, and have more agency over their actions.
